Get ready for the 9th Annual Pennsylvania Emergency Preparedness and Homeland Security Conference (#KEMACon2026)! Hosted by the Keystone Emergency Management Association (KEMA), this year’s event will take place from September 27–29, 2026, at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Our theme for this year is “Strengthening Connections, Addressing the Threats of Tomorrow.” This focus highlights the critical need to build relationships and proactively identify emerging threats to improve emergency management across the state.
