Frank Viscuso served the Town of Kearny, New Jersey (Hudson County) for twenty-seven years before retiring at the rank of Deputy Chief. He is the author of fourteen books including Amazon bestsellers Step Up and Lead, Flash Point and Step Up Your Teamwork.
